Q: How much is Shipping and how long does it take? 
A: Shipping is free and usually takes 2-7 days to arrive at your door, depending on your shipping destination. We ship same or next business day. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. 

Q: How about returns?
A: Returns are free and easy. Contact us via email with your order number and return reason and we send you instructions for your return. We offer both, money back or new item (e.g. if size is incorrect). 

Q: Why does the currency at checkout switch to USD instead my local currency?
A: All orders will be charged in USD, don’t worry you will not be overcharged. There might be a minor difference due to live currency conversion and your payment providers exchange rate. 

Q: How sustainable is your production? 
A: We do our part for leaving a small footprint, learn more about our sustainability and ethical efforts here. Cuts the margin but makes us sleep well. It feels good buying sustainable, doesn’t it?
