Q: How much is shipping and how long does it take?
A: Shipping is free and usually takes 2-7 days to arrive at your door, depending on the shipping destination. We ship same or next business day. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Q: Can I return items?
A: Returns are free and easy. Make sure to contact us prior ordering if unsure about your size. In case you wish to return an item please contact us via email info@mamedio.com stating your order and fit guarantee number and reason for return. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We offer both, money back or new item shipped (e.g. if size is incorrect).

Q: Why does the currency at checkout changes to USD instead my local currency?
A: All orders will be charged in USD, don’t worry, you will not be overcharged. There might be a minor difference due to live currency conversion and your payment providers exchange rate though.

Q: How sustainable are your products?
A: We do our part for leaving a small footprint, learn more about our sustainability and ethical efforts here. Committing to a responsible supplier selection, manufacturing practices and ethical labor cuts into the margin but makes us sleep well. It feels good buying sustainable without a hefty price tag, doesn’t it?
