Express Shipping usually takes 1- 5 business days. Standard Shipping takes 5-10 business days to most regions (not valid for "PRE-ORDER items).

Please note that Free Standard & Free Express Shipping is not valid for items on Sale unless otherwise mentioned. The shipping fee, if any is displayed on checkout page.

FITTING ADVICE

Please see our Sizing Guide and reach out to us via on-site-chat, FB messenger or email if you are unsure about the right size - we will gladly assist you in choosing the correct size for you and guarantee a fit which ensure you may return the item for free in designated regions.

ORDER & PAYMENT

Each order is subject to product availability. We will reach out to you via email in the event that any ordered item(s) are unexpectedly not available. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends and during bank holidays and we do not ship to P.O. boxes

Our store currency is USD. Please be aware that depending on your home currency and selected payment option a currency conversion fee may apply. We cannot be held liable for any such fees. Any fees charged by the payment service provider are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirming your purchase and payment. 

PRE-ORDER

From now on we will offer also the "Pre-Order" option for some of our items. Check the estimate shipping delivery by the product page. In case you can't find your size, contact us! We will do our best to make it for you. 

SHIPPING

We ship to most international destinations. International orders will be handled by our warehouse in Hong Kong. The shipping provider will be automatically selected based on the shipping destination. Please provide an address where you will be available as some international shipping companies require a signature upon receipt. If a work address is provided, please state the business and receivers’ name. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery location or redirect the parcel.

 

TAXES, FEES, DUTIES

Note that International orders might be subject to taxes, fees, customs duties or other country related import fees depending on your countries import regulations. We have no influence on the import process and are not liable for any occurring import fees and cannot refund such fees. If fees on an international package are not paid upon receipt, the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable or any import fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, the return shipping and subsequent fees if any. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date the shipment has been received by you. If you do receive damaged items, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately via info(at)mamedio.com so we can assist you promptly. We accept exchanges when the following requirements are met: The item/s must be in original condition, all tags remaining in place including hygiene seal. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. No returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE items!

Depending on your country and unless otherwise mentioned, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Note that after 14 days from received date, we are not able to offer a return/exchange anymore.
